Since the device will already have one or more launcher installed (surely to the system) will open a window allowing you to choose which to run, click on "use as default" and then TLauncher, in this way you will not have all the time in having to select the one or the other launcher (this will take care TLauncher). Once installed, TLauncher is activated by pressing the HOME key.
